but for a small charge extra using Air-Sure Express shipping we can get them to quicker.

Our delivery quotes are very good, but sometimes the odd parcel can take a little longer.

Pimpindeals.com guarantees that you will receive the same brand name, factory fresh contact lenses that you order. Please check your order carefully when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is not as it should be. You may return Unopened boxes of lenses or sterile glass vials to Pimpindeals.com within 30 days of receipt for a full refund excluding Transactions fee 5% of the order value, shipping and packaging fees £1.75 which we would have had paid, no questions asked. Except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors directly attributable to Pimpindeals.com, we cannot issue exchanges or refunds for lenses that have been removed from their original packaging. We are not responsible for damage to lenses that occurs after they have been worn or opened from blisters,
as this is usually the effect of incorrect use by the user. unless you can provide proof that the lenses were opened from new and handled by a qualified eye care practitioner, it's important to remember that contact lenses are medical devices and that they must be fitted by qualified eye care practitioner, no exceptions.

4. I dont have a credit card can i pay by other means ?

5. Unwanted Items

we accept returns for unwanted items if the goods are received back by us in their original condition, within 7 days of shipment. Once received and checked, we will refund you in full minus the postage and 5% handling we would have paid.

Customs may charge you additional duties, tariffs or other charges upon delivery of your package. We do not have a means of determining how much these charges will be. 7. Is it okay to wear someone else's contact lenses?

Sharing or swapping contact lenses is never a good idea. In fact, it's downright dangerous. So, please follow this simple advice: Don't do it. Ever. Sharing contact lenses can spread micro-organisms that cause infections and other serious eye problems.

8. Are the colors true to the pictures on the site

In most cases yes but some are enchanced to show the color

9. Exchange rates ?

U.S dollar estimations do not necessarily reflect current exchange rates. An accurate conversion will be performed when checking out and shown on your next statement.

10. Delivery of your parcel

Please note that we use a third party postal service (Royal Mail) to deliver our goods and as such we do not deliver them ourselves. We therefore cannot pass on instructions for the postman to adhere to.Please remember that if a parcel is returned to us undelivered you will be liable for all re-shipping costs.

11. UK customers- IMPORTANT NOTES to prevent missing parcels

if you have not received a parcel from us 7 days after we have shipped it, please contact us in the first instance to ascertain that it was definitely sent and that we have your correct shipping address. Please note that ONLY recorded/registered mail is traceable - if your order has been sent via one of these methods please ask us for the tracking number which we can provide; you can then track your parcel via Royal Mail's website. If your order has been shipped via standard mail please allow 28 days from the despatch date before contacting us - this is because standard mail is effectively untraceable and we wish to give the maximum opportunity for delivery before issuing replacements etc. We do this because the option is yours to take registered/recorded mail and supplying replacements or a refund means we lose both the payment and the goods. As such we wait as long as possible before taking such action.

12. International customers - IMPORTANT NOTES to prevent missing parcels

If you have not received a parcel from us two weeks after it was despatched, please contact us to ascertain it was definitely sent and that we have your correct shipping address. As with UK shipments, only insured items are traceable and are supplied with a tracking number. As well as being important for tracing your parcel, insurance is also important if an item goes missing en route. (standard shipping is not trackable) If we send an item to the USA for example, which is NOT insured and then subsequently goes missing, we cannot supply a refund until we know what happened to the parcel - all undelivered items are returned to us so if this doesn't happen, we have no choice but to assume that the goods arrived and as such cannot offer a refund. If you feel the parcel may have been stolen, you will need to obtain written proof of this from the local postal service - we will be happy to help with any claim you make through the postal service. As you can see it's probably best if you pay for insured mail given that we are not liable if uninsured items go missing. If uninsured items do go missing, please allow 28 days from despatch date before initiating a claim.

13. Lens Care Directions

Proper care of your contact lenses is essential. Always follow exactly the instructions for your lens care system. Disinfect your lenses each time they are removed to destroy harmful bacteria and to ensure safe, comfortable contact lens wear. Do NOT use solutions that are designed only for hard or rigid gas permeable lenses.

14. Always remember the following:

Wash, rinse and dry your hands before handling your lenses.

Only wear your lenses when you are AWAKE, they do not transmit enough oxygen to the cornea when you are asleep.

Never store lenses overnight in saline since it has no disinfecting ability and will NOT protect your lenses from germs and you from possible infection.

NEVER share your lenses with another person as this can spread disease and infection.

Never reuse solution

Never use solutions beyond their expiry date.

Never bring lenses or your lens case into contact with saliva, tap water or home made saline solutions or anything other than those products specifically designed for soft lenses.

After using your lens case, rinse thoroughly with sterile saline or your recommended rinsing solution and allow to air dry. The contact lens case should be replaced each time you replace your lenses.

If lenses have not been worn for a few days, follow the instructions given for your contact lens care regimen and if advised, clean and disinfect your lenses again prior to wear.

If you are suffering from any eye problems consult a contact lens practitioner before wearing contact lenses.

If a lens is irritating, remove it and check for dirt or damage. If there is dirt on the lens it can be rinsed with the storage solution. Some medications, including the contraceptive pill, can reduce your tolerance to contact lenses. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

15. Do’s of contact lens wear

• Remove your lenses and consult a contact lens practitioner if any eye reaction occurs, such as pain, redness, burning sensation, excessive watering, increasingly blurred vision, colour haloes around light source, and/or sensitivity to light.

• Always remove your lenses before going to sleep.

• Keep nails short – long nails harbour bacteria and a scratched eye is vulnerable to infection.

• Replace lenses if they become damaged or scratched or if they have deposits which you can’t remove.

• Insert your lenses before applying make up and remove lenses before taking off your make up.

• Close eyes tightly when using hairspray – It can adhere to lenses and cause irritation.

• Keep lenses and aftercare products away from children.

• Use lenses before the expiry date printed on packaging.

16. Don'ts for contact lens wear

• Don’t wear your lenses when using eye medications or eye drops (unless advised by a contact lens practitioner).

• Don’t wear your lenses if you have an eye infection or have sore, red or irritable eyes.

• Don’t wear damaged lenses.

• Don’t use saliva to wet or clean your lenses – this is teeming with potentially harmful bacteria. It is not true that your own bacteria are safe.

• Don’t let tap water come into contact with your lenses or lens case.

• Don’t allow hairspray or other cosmetic aerosols to come into contact with your lenses.

• Don’t ever use household cleaning products with your lenses. They can seriously damage your eyes.

• Don’t wear your lenses if you are exposed to noxious or irritating fumes.

• Don’t wear your lenses when swimming as pool water can contain bugs that can cause eye infections.

Its is advisable to be aged 16 and over to wear contact lenses,

Remember that the health of your eyes is essential for good sight.

17. ALWAYS REMEMBER: IF IN DOUBT, TAKE THEM OUT.

Please note: When you first try your lenses your vision may seem slightly blurred because you will see some of the colour of the lenses.This is quite normal and will disappear when your eyes become accustomed to wearing the lenses.

The majority of problems associated with contact lenses are caused by failure to follow exactly contact lens care instructions.

18. I have damaged my lenses do you sell replacement single lenses ?

Yes we will be happy to sell a single lens for half of the marked price of a pair, please not single lenses do not come boxed, they only come as a factory sealed vial,
